The Buckeye Institute Files Amicus Brief in Belgau v. Inslee

On Thursday, The Buckeye Institute joined with the Liberty Justice Center and the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation in filing an amicus brief calling on the U.S. Supreme Court to hear Belgau v. Inslee, which calls on the court to re-affirm the First Amendment rights of public workers that were recognized under Janus v. AFSCME.

The Buckeye Institute Strongly Applauds Ohio AG Yost for Fighting Federal “Tax Mandate”

Robert Alt, president and chief executive officer of The Buckeye Institute, issued a statement upon Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost’s lawsuit to stop enforcement of the “Tax Mandate” included in the American Rescue Plan, which would forbid Ohio’s elected officials from determining tax policy in the Buckeye State.
