The Buckeye Institute reacted to votes in the Ohio House of Representatives on Ohio House Bill 2—spending the One-Time Strategic Community Investment Fund—and Ohio House Bill 238, reducing Ohio’s occupational licensing burdens.
Fox Business featured a new report by The Buckeye Institute, Net-Zero Climate-Control Policies Will Fail the Farm. “The report … outlines how farmers will see their operational costs rise by an estimated 34% as a result of net-zero ESG policies. While the report states its findings were ‘predictable and unsurprising,’ it added that U.S. policymakers seem ‘unwilling to address or even acknowledge them.’”
A new report, Net-Zero Climate-Control Policies Will Fail the Farm, released by The Buckeye Institute, found that America’s net-zero climate-control experiment has dire economic consequences for American farmers and families. The report comes just days after a coalition of agricultural commissioners in 12 of America’s leading farm states demanded that the country’s six largest banks come clean on their “involvement in NZBA [the United Nations’ Net-Zero Banking Alliance] and their net-zero goals.”
