The Buckeye Institute

We Ensure That the Government & Courts
Don't Infringe on Your Constitutional Rights

In the Federalist Papers, James Madison observed, “the accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive and judiciary, in the same hands … may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny.” The constitutional system, which limits the power of the government and divides power, protects against this risk, but it must be rigorously defended. The Buckeye Institute defends against government overreach and abuse to secure Americans’ individual rights.
