The Buckeye Institute

We Advocate for Policies That Keep
Our Communities Safe, Hold Government
Officials Accountable & Save Taxpayer Dollars

While elections are how we ultimately hold our government officials accountable, laws and policies that keep government power in check, increase government transparency, promote fiscal accountability, and ensure that local governments can provide critical services are critical to genuine accountability. The Buckeye Institute is taking action to ensure the effective policies and laws are in place to limit government intrusion in our lives, ensure the government doesn’t exceed its constitutional authority, and give citizens the tools they need to hold government accountable.
